Why We Invest in the Niagara Region

We have been investing in the Niagara Region due to the huge upside potential Niagara has to offer as well as the mildest climate in Canada (outside of British Colombia) and the positive impact of one of the world's biggest tourist attractions - Niagara Falls. Conservative forecasts expect the population of the Niagara Region to at least double in the next 25 years, which is very realistic based on government websites estimating Ontario's population will grow by a whopping 4.3 million residents by 2041. The daily commuter GoTrain service to St. Catharines and Niagara Falls was launched four (4) years ahead of schedule on January 7, 2019 (instead of 2023) and a new passenger ferry service via hovercraft on Lake Ontario has been proposed to connect either Niagara-on-the-Lake or St. Catharines to Downtown Toronto in the future.
